Leak Test Pool Safety Upgrade Completed to Enhance Workplace Protection

As part of our ongoing commitment to workplace safety and process improvement, we are pleased to announce that the 100% leak test pool system in our production workshop has undergone a comprehensive safety upgrade this month and is now fully operational.

The initiative aims to enhance operator safety during leak testing procedures and minimize equipment-related risks. The upgrade includes three major improvements:

a.Installation of protective safety windows to shield operators from potential splash or high-pressure connector failure;

b.Replacement of metal clamping components with nylon fixing blocks, providing safer, more flexible support with reduced risk of accidental ejection;

c.Upgraded pulley system with thicker materials, increasing both operational stability and the long-term durability of the test rig.

These improvements significantly reduce the risk of plug ejection, extend the service life of the testing equipment, and provide a safer, more ergonomic environment for our workshop staff.
