The journey began with market research and design planning, where we identified the need for a durable, space-efficient 5000L stainless steel water tank.
Next, we selected high-quality stainless steel materials, ensuring corrosion resistance and hygiene. During the prototype phase, we tested the structure, weld strength, and pressure resistance. Adjustments were made based on performance feedback.
Using argon arc welding and partial automatic welding, we achieved strong, clean joints with minimal deformation. Each step followed strict quality control procedures, including water pressure testing, leak inspection, and surface finishing.
After passing all tests, we completed the first full production run, marking the successful development and manufacturing of the 5000L tank. It is now ready for delivery and installation, offering long service life and reliable performance.
